When you are planning to get married, please take note that the bride or groom must be a member in regular standing for six months prior to the scheduled wedding.

  • First, contact the Ministry Office at least two-six months (60‐180 days) before the wedding to check the Pastor’s calendar and set a date.
  • Second, pick up your Wedding Planning booklet from the Ministry office. Please inform at this time if you are considering having your reception at the church.
  • Third, you and your future spouse must attend 6 Pre‐marital Consultations with the Pastor together.


  • You must provide your own wedding coordinator. Your coordinator must meet with the Ministry office at least one month (30 days) prior to the preset wedding date. If you do not have a coordinator, we can suggest several to you.
  • All sanctuary weddings must have rehearsals between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm the day before your wedding. All participants (only) must attend the rehearsal. Only two (2) hours will be allowed for rehearsals.
  • For sanctuary weddings all participants must arrive two (2) hours before the wedding is to begin. Sanctuary weddings are between the hours of 11:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. without having a reception at the church and 10:00 a.m. ‐ 8:00 p.m. with a reception at the church.
  • For ceremonies in the Pastor’s office, all participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
  • You must provide your own musicians. If you choose to hire the church musicians, it is your responsibility to hire them. Please call the Ministry office for details.
  • The wedding program and application must be completed and returned to the ministry office at least 4 weeks before rehearsal date.
  • For church receptions, no cooking will be done at the church, only the heating of food is allowed.
  • If you are planning a church reception, make sure you inform the ministry office.
  • Please make sure your reception ends at the pre‐arranged time. Also, the facility must be left clean when the event is over.
